We provide grants, technical skills training, and support, aiming to reduce economic disparities while revitalizing communities.
THE NEED FOR OUR WORK
Small businesses and social enterprises stand at the crossroads of community and economic impact. More than 40% of the US GDP is delivered by small business which represents 99% of all US firms.
Still 50% of these businesses fail within 5 YEARS with fail rates increasing art 10 years. This has a profound impact in the community from job loss, to local economic sustainability, and supporting the needs of their direct community. We’re changing that.

By supporting small business owners through impact micro-grants, technical skill training, and support resourcesbusinesses can more than survive, they’ll thrive. Our programs enable clients to drive innovation, invest in continued education, grow economic vitality, support environmental impact, and grow collective action.
Resources directly enable clients to launch programs, grow awareness, and strengthen long-term connection in community leading to greater long-term resiliance.
Community learning events deliver up-skilling in AI, modern operations, and supply networks that support resilient, sustainable production while bridging critical knowledge gaps.
